After a conversation I had with my former schoolmates the other day, I started thinking a lot about what exactly this notion of “money” means to many people.

We are happy when we earn money, but we are also very sad when we lose it.

When someone asks us if money is important, many say no.

When dealing with money, it is often said:

  1. Avoid brand-name products.

  2. If you buy cheap, you buy twice.

Two important guiding principles that contradict each other, but at the same time complement each other well.

Besides these two principles, these are the 7 money-wise tips that are the most ignored.
