Everything you eat is either the prison sentence or the freedom sentence for you.
They dictate the direction in which you move. Whether you notice it or not.
If I am constantly told what makes a good life, like spending a lot of money, then I will believe it too. I just have to have enough repetitions. Do it every day.
This is how traditional advertising works.
From seeing ads so much, we end up believing the image of the product or brand and if we want to apply this image to our life then this leads to the buying decision.
But this repetition can also be applied in other areas.
Perhaps, if you often watch videos on certain topics, there is also a higher probability that these videos will influence your decisions.
This is why I believe that this “content filter,” the things you consume, provide information about the direction you are moving in life.
Of course, there are also exceptions, and trends in which we move, which is why this topic is so difficult to represent statistically or empirically.
I am always asked whether I spend money on something or invest it all immediately. The answer is simple: of course, I pay for things.
What kind of life would it be if I gave up everything just to have a few more dollars in my pocket later?
