I have been earning my money by writing since 2011.

Back then I was still a high school student.

Today I’m a full-time content entrepreneur.

I earn over 2,000 USD every month from my writing business.

I don’t say that to brag (2,000 is not an amount I can brag about in my circles).

I say it to let you know that I know how to make money from writing.

A word of warning.

I’ve tested all the methods on my own body, so I’ll tell you what you should avoid.

1) Make money as a book author

This is the classic.

The big advantage is that you write the book once and make money for the rest of your life.

But there are two problems:

1. You need a lot of time to write a book.

2. You need the same amount of time to market the book and make money from it.

I won’t say it’s raining if someone pees on the skyscraper.

In other words: I won’t say anything good here.

Have no illusions.

Before you can make a living writing books, you must have written at least 10 books, all with moderate to good sales.

How do I know that?

One of my published books has over 60 5-star reviews.

So it’s one of the books that sells well.

Here’s a summary of the last two years:

You see.

If I don’t do any marketing, I only make 30 euros a month from the book.

But!

I have another book that I’m self-publishing.

I earned the following amount in 2021:

Around 35,000 euros net from one book.

Not bad, right?

But that doesn’t happen overnight either.

If you need money urgently, don’t write a book.

In the long run, however, it’s a very good investment.

Especially to strengthen your experience as a writer, if you want to write for other people to make money.

And that brings us to the next point.

2 — How you can earn 10 times more than others by writing blog articles

If you want to make money quickly by writing, write for other people.

Unfortunately, that’s the case.

Serving is the fastest way to avoid starving as a writer.

This is how you can earn 10x more than the competition:

I recommend that you specialize in one genre of text and one industry.

If you’re a girl for everything, you’ll be treated like a whip in the Middle Ages.

You have to be responsible for everything.

Your client is dancing on your nose. You only earn pennies.

If you want to make good money — I emphasize: good money — then become a specialist and get away from the “I write everything for everyone” image.
